Rhett is Lara’s main trainer and is exceptionally talented in the way he teaches and his ability to see exactly what’s happening or going to happen before it actually does happen. spare time she doesn’t get much of that but does love walking her dog and spending time with her very understanding Husband, Tom. As well as developing Lara’s OCD for cleanliness and things put away! Jess is often seen massaging the horses, updating Laras social media, babysitting the girls, cleaning Lara’s boots……….you name it Jess will be doing it. She is very good at building a rapport with all the horses on the yard and makes sure everyone has the time and attention that’s needed to make a happy horse. She has given Marv a new lease of life and at 29 yrs old you wouldn’t know it, he’s very joyful now fully fit and getting stronger with age. Jess and Marv qualified for the Winter regionals 2019 and are currently enjoying working through the medium and advanced medium movements. Jess works closely with Lara and organises the day to day running of the yard and is extremely good at getting the horses looking immaculate for competitions and training. Jess is a very dedicated and committed member of the team (and Lara’s wingman with the youngsters). She has competed in everything from Pony Club competitions to affiliated showjumping and eventing. Jess started working for Lara Edwards Dressage in 2010.
